O grupo é formado por Lou St. Paul (guitarrista do Winters Bane), Rob Rock (vocalista solo e ex-Impelitterri), Kelly Conlon (ex-baixista do Death e do Monstrosity) e Robert Falzano (ex-baterista do Annihilator). O debut se chama Devilution e será lançado no início de 2008 pelo selo Metal Heaven Records.
